Web 2.0 for Beginners

Alot of people think "Web 2.0" is about rounded boxes for web design or "Green is the new black" or cute graphics that are big and friendly. Well web 2.0 CAN be all that, but at its core its much much more. Its about information... generating it and sharing it and making it accessible and giving site visitors the opportunity to interact with your web site. This video from Michael Wesch, Assistant Professor of Cultural Anthropology at Kansas State University, does a great job of explaining the basics of Web 2.0 in just under 5 minutes.
