Bought a custom computer from Geek on Wheels Added On: March 6th, 2008 Posted By :: Jean I bought a custom computer from Geek on Wheels after comparing prices and service at the various other stores around town that sell computers. I thought that custom would mean expensive, but that didn't turn out to be the case. And the service certainly sounded good, as Dee explained it. Well, the computer was ready on time and at the agreed-on price. After a few days,  I had encountered some minor issues (a strange memory error message, for one), so I emailed Steve on Sunday night. Monday morning at work I got a telephone call about setting up a service call. Alex fixed or explained all the problems promptly and also gave me detailed instructions about how to reach him again in case these or other problems turned up in the future. I am most pleased with both my computer and the actual service provided by Geek on Wheels. They don't only talk a good line; they do what they say they are going to do, and their prices are quite reasonable. I'm so glad I checked them out before settling for a "brand-name" computer!
