I walked into Geek on Wheels and got Geeks on Feet--and they replaced my CMOS battery for free and didn't make me feel stupid because I was scared to do it myself. Nor did they tell me that, oh no, it might be my motherboard. Everyone was very friendly and professional. And, the owner had his friendly basset hound there as well. Geeks on Feet and a Dog Too! And a computer that now boots up right and can tell the time. What more could anyone need?

My husband & I purchased a used laptop. Needless to say it was a mess. In the process of cleaning it up we acquired a virus, and it basically shut down on us. I am not completely ignorant of computers, so I began the troubleshooting. Along the way, I ran into snags and I called GEEK ON WHEELS. Over the phone, on several occasions, they helped me. No one else I called would take the time to help me on the phone, they all just said, "Bring it in".
GEEK ON WHEELS personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable of their area. If it weren't for them my husband would be a total wreck. He was so frustrated with his "new" laptop. THANK YOU so much for all the time you spent with me on the phone. I recommend you to ANYONE who has an issue with their computer!

My computer kept locking up. I took it down to Geek on Wheels and they fixed it for me and were great people. I highly recommand them.

My computer wouldn't be up and running if it wasn't for geeks on wheels, the service was awesome and they answered all my questions, you guys are truly great and we would recommend you to everyone because anyone who has a computer problem needs and deserves the attention and kindness that you guys give them.

Thanks to Jerrid Dye from Geeks on Wheels for his work getting my printer reestablished with my computer. The system is up and working beautifullyl. I further appreciate his work because another local tech company had told me that my printer could not be "saved" and that I needed to purchase a new one. They were wrong and Geeks was right! Thanks again, Jerrid.

What a godsend you guys are! Not only do they fix any problem, the explain everything in detail! The "Other Guys" that work on computers are hacks compared to GOW!

I've used Geek on Wheels on my personal computers for about 6 years. The techs take the stress out of what went wrong and are able to fix the problem; plus, see other issues that could cause problems in the future. I travel with laptop between Texas and Illinois. Serious problem occurred while I was in Illinois - could not access the Internet. Took it to what I thought was a reliable source in that town, and matters got worse (and they charged me each time). Then they advised I should do something that sounded really stupid even to this non-tech person to correct the problem. I called Geek on Wheels to come to my rescue. Send laptop FedEx overnight to my tech at Geek on Wheels; he fixed the problem and sent it back to me in Illinois by FedEx 2-day delivery.
Another time, Geek on Wheels tech came to rescue when a friend had a fire in her house. Took computer, monitor, keyboard, and printer to shop. He checked it out and cleaned it up - all in working order. Friend discovered she had a document in computer and no backup on CD and no hard copy. Took CPU back to Geek on Wheels - had the CD with document in my hands in no time. Another sigh of relief.
I would never hesitate to recommend this firm to fix any of your computer problems. I, of course, will continue to do business with them when the need arises.

Geeks on Wheels has provided friendly and reliable tech support and site maintenance that is focused on helping our business grow. Gotta love them Geeks!

Working with Geek on Wheels has been an amazing experience! They are true professionals and not only talk the talk, but walk the walk when it comes to customer service. They are available day and night to answer questions of all sorts and they pride themselves on teaching clients how they can better manage their own site, not just showing them. It has been a pleasure to work with them. They are perfectionists in their own right and knowledgeable, so knowledgeable. Geek on Wheels gets our two thumbs up!

I bought a custom computer from Geek on Wheels after comparing prices and service at the various other stores around town that sell computers. I thought that custom would mean expensive, but that didn't turn out to be the case. And the service certainly sounded good, as Dee explained it. Well, the computer was ready on time and at the agreed-on price. After a few days, I had encountered some minor issues (a strange memory error message, for one), so I emailed Steve on Sunday night. Monday morning at work I got a telephone call about setting up a service call. Alex fixed or explained all the problems promptly and also gave me detailed instructions about how to reach him again in case these or other problems turned up in the future. I am most pleased with both my computer and the actual service provided by Geek on Wheels. They don't only talk a good line; they do what they say they are going to do, and their prices are quite reasonable. I'm so glad I checked them out before settling for a "brand-name" computer!
